Services

Four ways in, one conversation.

Most projects touch more than one of these. Skim them, then tell us which feel closest — we will sort out the overlaps together. For help with existing systems, see IT support.

For iOS and Android

Mobile development

  • Clarifying which features the first version truly needs
  • Choosing between native and cross-platform approaches, with the trade-offs explained
  • Building with offline, slow-network and permission states considered
  • Handing over source code and documentation you can keep

A question we usually ask Do we need an app at all, or would a well-built website do the job?

Before anything is coded

App and UI/UX design

  • Mapping user journeys and the decisions people make along them
  • Wireframes, then detailed screens including empty, error and loading states
  • Accessibility considered from the start: contrast, text size, focus order
  • Clickable prototypes you can put in front of real users

A question we usually ask Can we test this with five people before committing to a build?

Readable, accessible, maintainable

Websites

  • Information structure that matches how visitors look for things
  • Responsive layouts checked on phones, tablets and desktops
  • Forms that keep drafts and explain errors politely
  • Sensible hosting and handover, so updates do not depend on us

A question we usually ask What does a visitor need to find within their first ten seconds?

Getting it into people’s hands

Release assistance

  • Preparing store listings, screenshots and descriptions
  • Checking privacy wording, permissions and support contact details
  • Working through store review feedback with you
  • A written release checklist for the next update

A question we usually ask Who will answer the first support email after launch?

Common questions

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Many people start with design or a scoping conversation and decide on build work afterwards.

Do you give prices on the website?

No. Prices depend on scope, which we agree with you in writing first. The planner on the home page is a planning aid only, not a quote.

Will we own what is made?

Ownership terms are written into each agreement. Our default position is that your product’s code, accounts and materials belong to you.
